Event Description:
A special town hall meeting on September 14 at 6:30PM in the Wagram Recreational Center will feature local residents sharing their views and concerns about this year's ongoing legislative session and the issues that matter the most to them. NC State legislators who represent Hoke and Scotland counties have been invited to attend and hear directly from local residents. The nonpartisan town hall is being held jointly with Hoke County and is organized by the MidSandhills Member-At-Large Unit of the League of Women Voters of NC, Common Cause NC, New Rural Project, Hoke County NAACP, and Hoke County Civic League.
