Community organizations will be here at the Library from 1:00pm - 3:00 pm. We will have snack vendors, Ice Cream and Funnel Cakes. We will also have the Laurinburg Fire Department on had to cool off the kids. Come see what all Laurinburg and Scotland County have to offer!
