This workshop will offer key information to community members who are interested in establishing a new non-profit or for leaders of current non-profits that are still in the early stages of development. Facilitators will provide an overview of non-profit "norms", outline policies and procedures needed to protect the organization, and present "best practices" for new non-profits.
